Christine Ivers

Chris attained a BFA in painting and two dimensional design from Hartford Art School in 1973. She had been creative director for numerous advertising agencies until she started her own company in 1986.

After raising four daughters, Chris returned to her passion and works in pastels and oils. She is past-president of the CT Pastel Society where she holds Signature Artist Membership. She is also a Master Pastelist of the Pastel Society of America, an Elected Artist Member at Lyme Art Association, Allied Artists of America, Audubon Artists and Academic Artists of America.  Other memberships include CT Women Artists, Salmagundi Club NYC and many other art organizations.

Mary LaForge

Mary is an artist excited by the process of painting. She fell in love with the impressionists when she was taken to the Metropolitan Museum of Art as a second grade student. Her passion for gardens is reflected in her floral pieces. She loves capturing the light on objects, the sky, clouds, snow. She is a contemporary impressionist who absolutely loves color ad light. 

Mary has won regional and national awards and has been published in Conversations in Paint 
and Artistic Touch, Volume 6.

We are looking for instructors in all media.
